For the man who is
relied upon.
"I need to be my best self for those that rely upon my execution."— The mirror, on a Tuesday
One conversation. No script. No upsell.
By the time my window opens, I am running on coffee and obligation. A program built for someone with three hours is a program I will not run.
Two coaches. One template each. Both went quiet around week six. I am not buying a PDF again.
I am the one they rely on. I cannot keep telling them I will get to it next quarter and mean it for another four.
I think there needs to be a more focused intentionality on the client experience. Being personable is lost on so many today. I am investing in a career that I love. People need to share that same sentiment across the board. Financials are nice, but, for me, trying to give what fitness has given me is the end goal.
In the words of the men who walked in.
How a season actually goes.
Not "book a call, get a plan, transform." That cadence is for software. Here is the cadence for a person.
A 30-minute call. I ask about the window, the floor, the last 30 days. You ask whatever you need to ask. Nobody signs anything.
Inside 72 hours, your first four-week block, written for your actual schedule and the lift history I just heard about.
Asynchronous check-ins on the day that works for you. A voice memo. A photo. A complaint. I answer them like they are the only one I got.
We rebuild the block every four weeks against actual numbers, not aspiration. Strength banked. Energy returned. The mirror catches up.
I stopped pretending I had two hours. We built around the ninety I actually have. Down 22 lb in fourteen weeks and I have not lied to my wife about a workout in three months.
Three coaches before this one. He is the only one who has remembered my daughter's name without checking the doc. The training is good. The attention is the part that finally worked.
Squat went from 185 to 295. More importantly, I get home and I am not a corpse on the couch. The kids notice. That was the entire job.
A wearer of many hats.
Certified bodybuilding specialist. Truck driver between hauls. Father, husband, reader, and the man who found his door on a prison weight pile and has been trying to hand it to other men ever since.
Three honest objections.
I don't have time.+
Then we build for the time you have. The Signal program is engineered for three honest sessions in your ninety-minute window. If your window is sixty, we build for sixty.
I've failed at this before.+
Most of my clients have. That is not a disqualifier — it is the starting condition. The thing that broke last time was almost certainly attention, not effort. We fix that first.
I am intimidated by the gym.+
We can program for a garage, a hotel, a basement, or a commercial gym you have not walked into yet. The plan meets the room you actually have.
The house lights are up.
One call. Thirty minutes. We find out together whether I am the coach for this season of your life. Nobody signs anything on the call.
Or call 228-341-7137 directly.
